These terms take effect as soon as you register an account or begin using any part of the m240 platform.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any of m240's services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the m240 platform.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above only. m240 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend an account pending such verification. Users who register with false information or misrepresent their age may have their account permanently closed without notice.
This platform is only available to users accessing it from permitted regions. m240 is not responsible for any violations of local laws committed by users who access the platform from unauthorised regions.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one m240 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their account information whenever changes occur.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. m240 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility unless reported to us.
Users are prohibited from using the m240 platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. The use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform is strictly forbidden. m240 reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who breach these prohibitions.
M240 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if a user is found to have violated these terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed reasonable by the platform. Funds in accounts closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited, subject to the outcome of any investigation carried out.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the m240 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is their own and is valid. m240 does not accept transactions from third-party cards or accounts without prior written authorisation.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method chosen. m240 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers such as banks or digital wallets.
Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets that have been registered and verified. m240 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the minimum requirements will not be processed.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers. m240 complies with anti-money laundering requirements and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
M240 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, data loss, or financial losses resulting from game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied warranties.
All content on the m240 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, games, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to m240. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written consent from m240. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
The m240 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. m240 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party sites. Users access such links at their own risk and are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms of service before use.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
M240 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
